I’m a Physical Therapist living here in Hoover, and I love what I do. Over the years, I’ve seen many people reach their goals in a traditional clinic. The typical clinic setting works well for most, but many individuals would benefit from personalized in-home visits instead. Along with the benefit of the therapist coming to you, my model also emphasizes a lower frequency of sessions per week. Instead of traveling to a clinic 3 days a week, my goal is to provide high quality, in home physical therapy for you 1 day a week, on Fridays (Hence the company name!). I’ll make sure you have a clear, simple plan to follow the rest of the week, giving you the independence to keep getting stronger every other day of the week.I hope to serve you in the comfort of your own home as we reach your goals together!
